RE-SCHEDULE POLICY

Appointment times are reserved especially for you.

To allow for the relaxed pampering time you deserve, we ask that you arrive on time and call should you be running late. If our daily agenda is unyielding, we reserve the right to re-schedule should you be 15-minutes late.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations would leave our professionals with empty appointment times that could have been utilized by another client. For this reason, we require a 48 hour advanced cancellation notice on all scheduled salon appointments. Less than 24 hours cancellation will be a 50% charge.

 

CONSIDERATIONS

At Spencer Malay Hair tipping is greatly appreciated.  Prices are subject to change. Spencer Malay Hair Salon are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please keep your valuable items at home or with you at all times.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within two weeks of your appointment, only with use of recommended at-home care products. 

Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our hair products. If you decide within 14 days of the original purchase that a product is not right for you, we will gladly take it back, provided 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, and exchange it for another product.  You must have your receipt of purchase at the time of return/exchange

CHILDREN AND THEIR SAFETY 

For the safety of our clients, when bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision in the form of a friend, spouse or older child who can remain with them in the reception area
